AND THEN ON NOV 10TH

We could be in the [C] wave down of a flat cycle wave IV. Target is 1860-70 area then turn up to new ATH in V.
We are more probably in [3] down of an impulse. Target 1690.
So when we get to 1860-70 area stay alert for a turn to know which is correct.
