The U.S. has already spent more than a few trillion dollars since the mid 60's on helping the blacks... and blacks continue to think of themselves as victims... meanwhile, black or red or polka dot, who cares the skin color, people can be successful if they work hard for it... but apparently, the fact that we have a black president and had a black Secretary of State doesn't count, blacks continue thinking of themselves as victims as long as there are the race baiters like jesse jackson and al shitfaced sharpton speaking for the black people...
