Verification is actually very simple. We will know about it. The company is able to communicate with the shareholders, and this major piece of information can legally be disclosed upon receipt without restriction. The SEC has temporarily halted trading, it has not halted communicating with the owners. Clearing is a mechanical procedure and takes very little time.
