So the company (RMIL) told you this?
I thought you were talking about another corporate source!

We will see what Wednesday brings us.
Looks like a great day for RMIL shareholders if your information is true, accurate and news released tomorrow!

Tonto,

Sometimes funds are transferred and held for 3 days by the banking concern.

Seems to be a standard practice with associates of a Business Lawyer we deal with.

If they get it and it is confirmed, then no problem. I'll eat crow gladly. Might even speculate and buy some for a quick buck or two. But given the p*ss poor management skills that they have shown so far, anything I put in would strictly be short-term.

Regards,

Ron

All that is well and good, however...are the funds significant?
If they exist.....what SEC is investigating are the present assets
or so it appears. Loans are just bad paper if the present assets
of the company are in a negative evaluation by standard pratices.
It would only mean the "banker" so to speak was duped.
