Have you read MSFT's response to the recent comtempt claim? What were they to do?

The injunction said MSFT must remove every file that shipped with the separate IE retail product. They did and (surprise) the system didn't boot, exactly like they said it wouldn't. If the DOJ wanted them to just remove the icon, they should have requested that, but they didn't because it puts them on shaky ground. The icon is not a tied product.
