ok, tks for questions...since I am not an accountant I have to be careful....but as I understand purchase accounting...this is not a pooling of interest transaction... therefore, we can only consolidate revenues and earnings going forward not looking back. On a consolidated basis, I believe we will be close to $30 mil in revenues in 1998. In 1997, DNA's unaudited statements show around 16 mil in revs and around 1 mil in income. Other historical data is somewhat irrelevant since this is a private company and operates differently than we will operate it. best holiday wishes! Glenn J. Walters
