I find your analysis fairly convincing. However, we
should not forget NSCP went public during a prolonged
boom in the market. Now with overall growth projected
to slow down and the trouble in the world financial
system, the overall market may not be as favorable
as two years ago. So the time period for the valuation
to come down may be shorter than what it takes to slow
down the growth. Still, caution is never enough in shorting
this kind of growth leaders.

Hmmm. Maybe you better explain the math to me (or is this some new type of math - aka internet math - <G>). $27 million in revenues this quarter? Where did you come up with that? That is way above anything I had seen here before (more like $22 million), and I think those numbers may even be optimistic. That would also be a huge jump from last quarter's $17 million. Have you seen new deals inked that would lead to large chunks of new revenue? How fast are ad rates falling? How many hits a day are they running?

KJ

May be I am missing something,(and I mean that) but would not one expect a company making 4 mil in profits on 20something mil in sales to be worth well well well bellow 3+ billion (market cap)

In college I delivered pizza for a joint that pulled in 1.5 mil a year
(I do not think the owners expected to get 165,000,000 when they sold the place)

What is PEG, anyway?
Cheers!

(just noticed you were talking quarterly while this is annual, but it's for demonstration purposes only anyway)
