IMO the reason for strength is that coms has a new set of major institutional investors. Most of the old dumped theirs. I think those who dumped are Goldman Sachs, Hambrecht & Quist. Now, if we can all collaborate to find who's who, the next time we hear the analysts speak, we'll know where they are coming from.

So, who's got the tool for this?
