..you can't fix stupid I know exactly what you mean but... Is is merely stupid, or is it something even darker and more dire? Hate + fear trumps stupidity. Sometimes I find myself wishing it was just stupidity, it's a challenge but easier to fix than the groupthink nature rabid fascists with arsenals of firearms plus the (protected as it should be) 7x24 access to feed each other's paranoia with propaganda and irresponsible bullying online. Right wing militia wannabees are trying to take their hetero white christian country back .They advance with confirmation-biased provocations from their GOP Daddy's like Trump and Cruz, and vitriolic Mommy's like Fiorina (matter-of-fact horrific accusations of killing "babies" to "sell "baby parts", terrorists flooding borders with 5 year old suicide bombers, and again, communists in Hollywood) PLUS guns, guns guns. I wouldn't put it past the Brietbart spinoff ends-justify-the-means types to stage a fake domestic left wing or immigrant terrorist attack to create a new false equivalency. Or a false flag of leaking "secret" video of terrorists training in black lives matter hoodies. I think I understand how those guys think. I am being pragmatic, not paranoid because I listen to fascist hater Savage, and I look at their dreadful neonazi websites. Prepare for anything.

I'm so happy to see Bernie surging ahead the way he is. I admit I didn't expect it and he had a pretty large gap for a long time of the national scene but all of a sudden he's closing that gap fast. I posted the following on another thread, and don't want to have to rewrite it, but I thought Obama did a wonderful job last night.

Obama gave a great speech. I don't know how those Republican's could listen to it and not be both humiliated and embarrassed by their positions. Everything Obama said was smart, sophisticated, eloquent and right on the money. "The RW will be lonely soon with their ignorant refusal to believe in anthropogenic global warming." Paraphrased-lol.

In virtually everything he talked about the Republicans either misrepresent, deny, or just don't understand.

I want to set my hair on fire out of frustration every time I get a good look at just how ignorant and venal Republicans behave. The Republican's are modern-day barbarians in every sense of the word.

If any of those Republican's is elected president, not only the country but the world is in big trouble. I keep asking the question, how can the Republicans be wrong about everything? You would think they would get something right just by chance.

Nikki Haley gave a wonderful Republican response, so of course the rabid RW went bat shit crazy over it.

It was a sane speech she give and the rabid RW doesn't do sane-lol!
