The same argument this blogger makes was made about abolition of slavery harming the former slaves of homes and jobs. As well as the arguments against ending child labor in the early 19th century. The exploitation of Pacific Rim labor for western manufacturers' profits is not acceptable morally. Saipan is a better example that became partisan U.S. politics years ago thanks to lobbyists effectiveness and opinions like the one you posted. Its an old, well travelled moral issue. theguardian.com
