My solution? Cut the budget of any department 20% per year for every year they flunk an audit. The problem will be solved in 6 months.


They need some very strong personal heat.

I would add - to also fire 20% of the leadership at every level.

Draw the names out of a hat. Invite those who are innocent (whoever they may be) to come forward with even more info.

And threaten to do the same thing in 365 days or less.

That would send an intense shockwave throughout every govt agency. But it will be good for them.

Our government is so corrupt only personal fear will change them.
