If you're referring to me, I spoke to Lori, not Roland. Lori told me that , so far, the SEC was interested in obtaining the financials. Call the co. to verify.
Have you ever complained to the SEC about RMIL, i.e., assets, etc.?

Roland has had an idea that there have been many questions from this thread alone, why he would think the SEC would not be aware of the issues raised is as much a mystery as his press releases declaring that the company was operating 3 facilities.
