I asked my federal Congressman how to find out if I am
on the US Terrorist Watch List. Here is his reply:

...a representative from the Transportation Security Commission
said that the actual list is protected under various national security
laws and therefore cannot be released to the public. There is a
process called the Department of Homeland Security Traveler
Redress Inquiry Program. This program allows a person to make
an inquiry as to if their name is on the list, and why their name is
on it. The program rescans your name and then, if you were
wrongly put on the list, they will remove your name from the list.
My contact said that if you would like to find out of your name is
on the list, you can go to this link and submit an inquiry.
