OK, I reread the colored portions. I have to accept that we have different perspectives on syntax. I think your position is that you don't want to spend money on reproductive control, and want to allow wars to do the job instead. Correct or no? Rwanda is a lot more peaceful now. So, genocide is one way to get population growth under control, and so the more genocides, the fewer people there are using up the Earth's resources. More dead people equals a healthier Earth. Is this your position? Well, I can see how lefties may not like that idea.
