Presumably, this is for an investigation of slanderous content. Now, my question is which laws apply? I am reading the posted matter in the US. KRY is based (I assume) in Canada. Who knows where MB typed in his post. This is an awfully interesting (and quickly evolving) area of law. Anyone with insights please post (and please put "OT" or something at the top so as not to waste others time). Thanks, and Merry Christmas to all.
