Mike,

Just relating the experience my associate's lawyer friend told him. IE: that his clients funds were being held up by the bank for a 3 day holding period before they would release them. And the funds were wired.

Could just be peculiar to this particular guy's bank.

Why would the check go to a N.Y. bank?? Why not a Fed. reserve bank in Fla.?? They probably have a lock box in place..Dont you think??
