ok confusion cleared a bit. Go to Motley Fool site and check posts. The Lehman report is there. It was written 12/19 and not reported till 12/23. Interesting When read in entirety it says they are still bullish on clsr. 48 price target long term. buy on dips etc... The ramp up and marketing by Ethicon is apparently the "swing" issue which (could) effect short term. Then again maybe it won't. The Lehman advisory also tells there is a analyst on the board of clsr. Also that he has a position in the company. Probably picking up some nice cheap shares and laughing all the way. Approval t-35 days. You're telling Lehmans waited till now for this type of move? With someone on the board? I have to question his motives.
