Who mis-educates you people? Jefferson wasn't present at the Constitutional Convention.

The Constitution wasn't written by Madison either but by the Constitutional Convention. Madison was merely one delegate and the scribe.

Why do I think you'll be uneducable on this just like you were on the interest rates. You have these wrong ideas in your head and you need to admit when they're wrong. Otherwise you can't learn.

If Jefferson could have seen today's guns I think he would have been a bit more circumspect on the right to bear arms.


Would have dropped the prefatory language and added bazooka's and nuclear weapons for sure. :-)

PS: Madison penned the document (Bill of Right's) with encouragement of it's necessity by Jefferson.
