Climate scientists say nuclear energy is the answer

Greens say we should listen to James Hansen, Kerry Emanuel, Tom Wigley, etc who wrote the Guardian oped piece referenced below. So how come they won't listen to them when they say we need nuclear power? The four scientists say if you're not pro-nuclear power, you're against the world meeting the "climate targets" they've set.

What's wrong here? Here's a power source that emits no methane or carbon. But greens aren't really scientific, they're driven by primitive religious urges to wage war against "uncleanness" and to them wind and solar are "clean" (even though they're not really clean) and coal, oil, and nuclear are "unclean."
