To all: now that we're just about done with tax selling, does anyone have insight/experience in assessing a stock that is in serious decline, unrelated or mostly unrelated to any change in business fundimentals, where you suspect that a lot of the recent dammage is a combo of "flight to quality, mo players bailing & tax selling?

There are a loy of small cap techs & biotechs out there who's charts are pathetic, but based on fundimentals appear to be on sale prime time (INVX, SBEI, TRIBY). Do you ignore TA now & focus purely on the fundimentals, stick to issues with positive indications in both aspects, or possibly zero in on issues with great fundimentals that have taking some of the worst sell-offs trying to spot ones with such low RSI & Stochastics that they appear primed for a rebound.

I just got back from a trip & am catching up with other threads, so if this has already been addressed, I appologize. Thanks, Scott
