Tony ...

sorry you had difficulty attempting using a touchscreen with Win10

fingerprints on the screen left me cold ....
I have a mental block with smudges on any screen .... tv, monitor, cell phone, microwaves, etc ..... drives me crazy ....lol

I made a short run with a Win10 touch and reverted to mouse commands with a really seamless transition to the new OS. All in all, XP is still my fave, then comes 98 and all the others just meld together as not quite as good.

I got to thinking about the multiplicity of differing Win xx I use (at least on a weekly basis) and arrived with Win 7 being the most used, followed by XP and then Win10. I keep one machine dedicated to email (no email on five other boxes) and it uses XP with the Mozilla program. That is the only use for that box ... email and the other ones don't even have email installed, much less used.

Back when I was building a lot of boxes I utilized pull out drives with cases that slipped out .. best ones were able to do it "hot" while the machine was running.... haven't tried that in a while as I just keep a dedicated email receptor box.

nice to talk with someone older than me for a change ..... LOL

I'm a warm weather guy ... hate the cold .... when it gets below 65 I'm uncomfortable and can handle 100 easily.
