Like falling upon deaf ears...,

Folks have the 'holy grail' mentality which will make their 'on-paper' losses whole...,

You are correct GCD1- All the names from GTF, NI, and Rivershore have touted this holy grail scenario, it has become blinding.

(NPS will shoot EZCH to the moon and those who bought in the $30's and up will be made whole)...,

Funny thing, this did not play out for DragonWave, nor WaveX, and now Quik !!

Fortunately, EZCH has a solid play with Mellanox; with an anticipated 41% YoY growth !!

It is not a question of this "falling on deaf ears" using Paul A's phrase in his response to your post. All the risks and concerns are legitimate and I have no doubt that a combined EZ-Mellanox will be a much stronger and more successful company.

For me, the company lost credibility based on how the proposed merger has transpired. The concerns about being a small player in data centers for the most part have followed the negative response by shareholders to price of the deal. Also, how do those concerns align with the 3 early NPS design wins ? First Eli and Eyal are friends and then they hardly know one another. RC and PMCW are evil and only out for themselves. Their reactions have been so over the top it feels like they think their shareholders are idiots.

The falling on deaf ears is the lack of response by the company and, respectfully, you and Paul A., to the main point of my post, shareholders deserve a cc and Q&A before any more votes. Maybe Eli and some on this board are right and this is an excellent deal. For me to make that determination for my voting shares I continue to believe that shareholders need updated information and the opportunity for Q&A.
