"What's the cash/shr?"

About $.82 as of September 30, if my math is correct. (INSV had $11M cash on hand at that time). The company burns around $2.5M/QTR, so the current figure is obviously lower.

Spoke with Mike Baer, VP Finance, last night. Nothing sinister going on. He figured the recent swoon in the stock price was tax-loss selling.

Just to reiterate a point I've made before, I figure the odds of Insite making a major deal announcement at H&Q are about 50-50. Baer told me there was still a chance but, even if that didn't happen, the deal(s) would be announced "very soon" thereafter.
