THC -

(1) If I had Tax reasons to sell - I would sell.

I have none.

(2) If you do have a better place to put your money,
e.g. something was going up 50% in a week, its
logical to sell and invest in the alternative.

(3) the real me is illogical and irrational.

Something got lost in all this bullsh*t this week.
I accept the ODAC numbers just like they are.
I dis-accept (yeh-no such word) DEPO's cheery picking.

Where does it leave us?
In round numbers it leaves us: 3 to 1.
Depocyt kept a small population - remember thats a negative -
alive 3 times longer than a control group.

Its like if you did an experiment whose end point was
to make gold, and the experiment didn't make gold, but
as a by-product it made dimonds, would you throw it out?

Nope.

DEPOCYT failed the endpoint, but there is no negating
the resultant increase in length of life or slow-down of
disease progression.

There is no amount of bullsh*t anybody has in their lungs
that can talk around this. Thats why in real medicine
your warned - get a second opinion.

I think the ODAC blew this one.

Lastly, did you ever play baseball?

I think the ODAC tried to steal 2nd base in the last inning
with 2 outs and the FDA at bat. i.e. they took the AT BAT
away from the FDA.

Which is a too long way of saying, I'm going to hang.

Merry Christmas!

Regards,

John
