ISIS is VERY worried. All their TOP people are hiding out. They're getting bombed now by Assad, Russia, U.S., France and Britain. They are getting hit on the ground by Assad, Kurds from Syria and Iraq, Hezbollah and Shiite militias. The U.S. is going to throw in a couple hundred Special Forces people to find and capture or kill their leaders. Their revenue producing oil fields have been bombed and eliminated for the most part. The days of ISIS are NUMBERED and the number ain't that high.
