Al, WE can't take it out... When ISIS attacks on the scale of 9/11, we're going to find a way to "take it out," guaranteed. Obama's "strategy" is essentially to hope that the problem just goes away before that. ideology is the key. What part of "geography is a core part of their ideology" did you not get? If they decide later that geography is no longer a core part of their ideology, then we'll deal with it, just like we dealt with Al Qaeda and the Taliban once Afghanistan could no longer harbor them.
