The Tsarnaev's used pressure cooker bombs for their mass terror attack. People who leave a 6 month old baby behind to go slaughter people won't be stopped if they can't get "assault" type rifles. They'll just use whatever kind of guns are still available or build more bombs. McVeigh, the Agnostic Terrorist, used a fertilizer bomb.

On May 17, 2015, in Waco, Texas, a shootout erupted at a Twin Peaks restaurant where members of several motorcycle clubs (MC), including the Bandidos, Cossacks, and allies, had gathered for a regularly scheduled meeting about political rights for motorcyclists.
