Bobb, if you experience loss in an IRA account, a possible strategy would be to convert your IRA in 1998 into a Roth IRA - you enjoy the capital loss while eliminate the future tax burden in your IRA account. Roth IRA is suppse to be a gift that the government gave us in 1997. I don't know if you heard of Roth IRA or not. If not, you might ask your broker or contact IRS regarding this. It will be available after January 1, 1998.

Re TSNG, I don't think they should count their 2D or 3D products as an asset, although it may be a market potential or intagible. The key here might be their building and furniture, etc. I suddenly remembered that somebody mentioned on this thread that they have a building. But it all depends on how they account those assets. The market seems to value their asset below $1.70 today.
