Many of the long time ZEN shareholders are ignoring " the chief (and others) " because they (" the chief (and others) " ) have nothing of value to say about ZEN and know nothing about what the company is doing (they pretend that they do but, in reality, they are ignorant). " the chief (and others) " are not investors in any company in which they hold shares, they are traders of those stocks. Their attachment to the stocks they own is more like a "one night stand" than a "meaningful relationship" and would never be considered long-term. Be careful around them, you might be buying their cast-offs.
