Thanks Daniel. Since we’re so close to the end of the year and the DARA reverse merger involves a non-tradeable CVR, my inclination is to not do a reallocation. Instead, I’ll just set the price of DARA at $.88, the close on 12/4/15, its last day of trading (coincidentally, $.88 was the same price DARA closed on 12/31/2014). However, if Midatech (MTP) has a big jump in the next few weeks, let me know and I’ll make the adjustment. Peace & good health, Bulba
