So Chief you have no problem with the two Mom and Pop employees in your company making, according to a previous poster, 550k per year on penny stocks. The CEO seems to be running multiple companies, the CFO makes 120k on your stock alone when other CFOs in other companies make significantly less, but that is not a concern? I assume that figure does not include car leases, expense accounts, stock options, etcetera. Seemingly exorbitant compensation has been, and always will be, a big red flag IMO. Other red flags are the CEOs past history and his posting on a private site, but those are other topics for another time.
