So your logic is, if a fisherman comes in with a minnow and says because I have a minnow, there are millions of large fish in this lake. You do not mind buying the lake without seeing a quantity of big fish first (production testing) ?

Thats fine, but why not caveat each message that you have no big fish yet? You and others insist I caveat CCB as having no resource, isn't that the same? Tough answer eh?
