Daddy,

I thought that I might answer your post and let you know that there are no hard feelings on my side... :0)

I have also been disgusted at some of the things I have seen on this thread. There have been a lot of accusations thrown around that may either be true or false.

And that is why I have chosen to rely on the company's press releases and SEC filings (or lack thereof) for determining the merits of RMIL. It is easy, it is information that the company and management bears a legal responsibility for, and the best gauge at how responsible management has been in preserving sharholder's equity.

There are no justifiable reasons that this company failed to file proper financials. It has left its shareholders awash in a realm of innuendo, speculation, and confusion regarding the status of the company.

Again, the blame for the SEC trading halt is not Mork or of the alledged shorters. The blame rests squarely on the shoulders of company management and their incessant delays to meeting their fiduciary responsibilities.

I would like to see RMIL shareholder's devote a little more effort to making their management perform and less on looking for the "boogie-man". The SEC knows who is responsible for making them drop the "hammer" on this company.

JMHO

Regards,

Ron
