Really? Have you totally missed the news reporting of the last week?

ISIS claims responsibility for San Bernardino. The shooters were known advocates of ISIS.

Now, if you want to argue that ISIS didn't plan it or that the shooters weren't directly working for ISIS or whatever, that's fine. But at some point you have to find some honesty within yourself to recognize that this is the way these relationships happen.

What is important is that the events occurred out of a commitment to ISIS by the shooters. ISIS was undoubtedly pleased and encouraged by the events and claimed credit for it.

Yes. ISIS attacked the US. Any rational person would conclude that. Both substantively and in form. This is how such arrangements occur. You don't have to go meet with them.
