There surely is a difference between historical references regarding someone who lived approximately 210 years ago and someone who lived over 1400 years ago.

After all you have George Washington's Actual Signature on the original copy of your United States Constitution housed in your National Archives in Washington.

What I have doubts about is what someone like Muhammad actually said, whether or not there was someone in his presence who wrote what he actually said, whether that original hand written text has survived intact over the course of 1400 years, whether or not, if such a text actually existed, it was not subjected to changes or interpretations as a result of changes in language or dialect or intentional changes in order to satisfy religious bias or new politico religious movements with their own internal agendas.

But if, by mischance, Muhammad did make the comments in that reference that I posted, then I would say that he did not have anywhere near any semblance of understanding as regards the true nature of a Deity.

And I would suggest to those who blindly follow the dictates and instructions of an Isis hierarchy, that they apply their minds for a few milliseconds and ask themselves whether or not their barbaric actions against their fellow human beings could, in any way, be actions that a true Deity would wish, expect or require them to be part of.
