The effect of reading this constant stream of people telling us what not to do (Including the President) is complete demoralization, which leads to depression and inaction. Can't do that; shouldn't do that; should do that but it'll never happen; that's exactly what they want us to do. So I think we'll end up sitting on our asses and watching the country fall apart around our ears.
