j-- thanks, and merry christmas to you as well. one of the few positives of managing IRAs is that you dont have to worry about taxes at all. of course you still have sleepless nights when you think you have made a mistake and the people who trusted you are going to have to eat dogfood in their retirement years<G>. i guess i have calmed down about the lack of support from management. yeah it still bothers me, but there is little i can do short of flying up there and raising hell until they do what i want. good luck and merry christmas to all, trey
