Affirmative action started out with the best intentions and accomplished some wonderful things. It has degenerated into a racial preference system that is nothing more or less than the evil it was designed to wipe out.

hostile term, is it not? I don't recall making any racist remarks.
And as far as dead wood and cronyism, I would say that the
NAACP is a stellar example of that right now, what with all
the scandals and corruption they're having.
