For the Constitution to be amended it is not done by Congress, it is done by the citizens.

The most recent in history I believe is the so called equal rights amendment. It failed because of the power
that would have been transferred to the National level negating any need for the states.

Of course this is the desire of the left-----to take away all rights of individual States.

A part of that is regional government.

And, needless to say-----the United Nations which young school children carried packages of dimes to
school for the purpose of building the UN but presented as supporting the starving children of China and
other nations.

The left is hell-bent on changing this country forever. And I don't have much hope that the Republicans will stop it.
