According to the lastest info i have
Carl Berg owns about 4M shares.
I don't think he has my interests at
heart, but I don't think he can cut
a deal which nets him more per share
than any other shareholder.

Actually your remarks are quite germain
to the question of how indeed will VLNC
be able to raise more cash. According to
info posted on this thread the company
has claimed that 'lines-of credit are
available'.

If we accept that there is enormous
potential to profit from as much
manufacturing capacity as can be built,
then it would be in all shareholders
best interest to borrow all the $.

But that may not be possible, which does
open the possibility of selling out or a
dilution in ownership thru more shares being
issued in order to raise cash to build up
capacity.

As long as Mr. Berg holds a very big stake,
I can sleep at night with the thought that
whatever financing is worked out, it will
be the best deal that is possible for my
own interests as well as Berg's.

I worry much more about successful bringup
of the production lines. If that works out,
I think i will end up very happy!
