Columbo would have had an answer in mind and would be working a scheme to entrap the person he is querying. Hard to say what you have in mind.

In any event, ISIS isn't really getting that much out of the country. The oil that leaves is pretty much taken by independent oil tanker truck owners on a cash as you go basis, who will pass it on to the nearest interested buyer... Syrian (Including Assad most likely), Turkish, etc; whatever they can get to. The region ISIS controls has their own need to consume the stuff. So much of what is being produced and refined in make shift distilleries, which isn't that much, is consumed internally. It's a mess, described by some as Mad Max like.

So what are you trying to get at inspector? Fess up.
