Based on what we know now he should have been on the list....but prior to the shooting, his record was clean so I can understand why he was not....OTOH, there are a lot of people on the list who do not belong there....(like Ted Kennedy). The list itself is a joke.

Doing the search that you should have done, the answer is no.....Your buddy jla will tell you you should know the answer before you ask the question.. And I asked you why he should have been on a list? Trump would have put him on....... BTW, Farook's parents are now on the list.....
