This guy is misleading you… the past rises in temperature were from much colder climates. The 2 degree limit that they're talking about in the Paris summit and past conferences would put the earth into a dangerous ground, resulting in catastrophic melting of the poles, release of carbon in the northern soils, etc., etc.. That guy doesn't provide any backup to his assertion (convenient to you) that the current projected temperature rises won't have any consequences if we do nothing.
