<NSCP has also supported all web features. >

NSCP did not support CSS until version four, even thought the specs were around during the version 2 days. MSFT supported all of the NSCP proprietary features, NSCP purposely left out the Active X support, and now are forced (through market demand) to imitate the Active document support by the inefficient means of OLE 2.0, yet they are still going against Active X.
