Yes, I agree. It was a good looking fund. However it is not in my database and it is not in my REALTY SIGNAL. With such a upward thrust since Many, I wonder what the profile of the fund is. I can't seem to find any info on that. It is off its high of 19 now however, but beats my CREEX fund hands down. In my REALTY SIGNAL which I used as a Specialty Area, the SIGNAL has a 23.8% return avg for the past two years with 7 successful trades without a lost. Lately however the REALTY market is in a trading range and going no where. Thanks James for sharing this fund with us. Happy Holidays Jim
