Hi, Mephisto!!! Yes, I am ready for Christmas. My husband was going to cook, until he mulled it over and realized that this time HE would be standing up all day in a steaming hot kitchen while my daughter and I lounged and slept like happy kittens in front of the fireplace in our pajamas. Apparently hard cold reality overcame his desire for a traditional Irish Christmas dinner. So we are going to either eat out, or have something quick and Italian--you know, pasta and garlic bread and a nice salad--at home, with a STORE BOUGHT pumpkin cheesecake. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?? I am learning slowly, but learning nonetheless. Did you hear Charles forced his children to meet Camilla? It sort of made me sick, so soon after Diana's death. It's sad to see her presence eroding so quickly. Anyway, Merry Christmas, Mephisto!!! What are your plans, anyway?
