Glad to share something positive after my past two posts.

Before our cash is gone we're probably going to have to pursue one of the following options he listed:

1) selling the project (for the right price!)
2) merging with a producing company that has the cash to ride the current market out (this could be done as a stock deal so SB shareholders can get a lift when the market turns)
3) joint venturing out some or all of the project.

I just can't see us getting what we would think is the right price in this market environment.
So that basically leaves #2 and #3.

Option #2 is the most appealing to me as we might get a nice premium for our shares in the form or shares in another stock that is also beaten down. Thus we'll get some upside now and then again on the price of their shares when the rebound finally does occur.

Anyone got any other thoughts or reasonable alternatives in mind?
