I think it DOES have some precedent value.

Scalia and Thomas seemed to want to take the case.

I think the last case in FAVOR of gun rights was the D.C. ruling in which they ruled in favor of a private person having the right to have a handgun in his or her home for personal security.

I AGREED with that ruling.

I think assault rifles are on the way out and I think they should be.
