Right - they should of course just make them legal for all - I like a fair fight.

It might be easier for them to just get illegal automatic weapons that were built as automatic weapons. The market for the conversions is pretty thin, and they would have to have some knowledge in order to do the conversion even if they had all the parts.

Or they could just use semi-auto weapons, which is what they have done in the US.
