Paul - I am really humbled by the level of discourse on this thread. So many great thinkers, and such a wealth of experience, it is hard to keep up. I deserve no credit for it whatsoever. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, and thanks to everyone else, as well. I trust that the markets will make next year every bit as interesting as this past one has been.
